The company publishes the job information through SNS by leader for introducing to acquaintance and friends (communities).
The company pays the advertising fee to the leader

No. The leader who can register now is someone who needs to live in Japan and hold a Japanese bank account.

Mainly convenience stores and restaurant staff (service industry), warehouse job,  Cleaning job (the hotel's bed-making work, cleaning of commercial facilities, etc.) is also expanding in other areas of job.

Q5. I can't speak Japanese. Can I be a leader?

A
Yes, you can. Our company has Chinese, Nepalese, Vietnamese, Filipino nationality staff, and can be used in Japanese, English, Chinese, Hindi, Nepali, Vietnamese, Tagalog.

Q6. How is the payment paid? When is the payment?

The current referral fee is:
As long as the person being introduced comes to our company for interview, it is 1,000 yen, and after the start of the work, it is 10,000 yen, and after one month, it is 5,000 yen. In total, one person introduces a maximum of 16,000 yen as an advertising fee. With regard to payment, the introduction fee for the registration date will be paid on the 15th of the next month. The introduction fee for the start of the working day will be paid on the 15th of the next month, and the introduction fee for one month will be paid on the 15th of the next month.

Q7. How to calculate the introduction fee when the advertisement published by the leader is seen by the person who has not contacted the leader when he comes to the company for an interview?

If there are any recommendation letters to pay for it,
it is no problem for the leader to post your contact information when you publish the job advertisement for a job. Conversely, if login don't through the leader, won't be paid the introduction fee. And will according to (general recruitment) processing, please note that.
