Community Leader is a commission and home-based position. There are no monthly quotas nor Japanese skill requirement.
We aim to expand our audience reach to all foreign residents in Japan (particularly in Tokyo, Saitama, Kanagawa, Chiba; Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara). With your help, we can make this dream possible!
For your convenience, all Community Leader applications are done online. Kindly confirm your understanding of job responsibilities and send your basic information with the application form below.
Main responsibilities are:
・Advertising or promotion of job vacancies, merchandise sale and our Youtube channel (shorturl.at/dBCN9) on your social media account (including Facebook)
・Simple interaction with the applicants (getting basic information and answering some questions they may have) before forwarding to Swimmy's person-in-charge
*Important note:1. Since community leader is a comission based position, please understand that you can only earn an income for every successful referral.
2. Lastly, we are unable to sponsor working visa at this time.
3. We have developed a new system where you can log in and check your referral status and advertise our ads in one go! -

Ways to earn money (Commission + Incentives)

A. Commission through referral of job applicants (main)*
We offer tier-based commission, depending on which stage of hiring process your referral reaches:(1) Get ¥1000
For EVERY introduction of qualified applicants who register with us
(2) Get ¥5000
For EVERY applicant who passed the interview, signs the work contract and stayed in job for at least 1 week
(3) Get ¥2000
For EVERY applicant who work continuously for at least a month
Total possible commission of ¥8000 per successful referral!
*Note: Referral fee may change, depending on our contract with the hiring company.Commission cut off period is every 30th of the Month and commission is deposited to your bank account on the 15th of the following month.
B. "Stamp" incentives system
"Stamp" (¥300 yen equivalent) incentive system
Earn 1 stamp for every
・successful referral of job applicants (on top of the commission!),
・community leader who registers (on top of the ¥500 referral fee) and
・buyer of goods (on top of the 8-10% commission!).
1 stamp is equivalent to ¥300
20 stamps convertible to ¥6000! -
Visa requirements:

We welcome student, family dependents, permanent residents, long-term, refugee visa holders.
If you are on an Engineer, Specialist in Humanities, Int'l Services (working) visa, you can still apply but need to get special permit. We will provide the necessary documents and will guide you with your application.

Required documents to prepare:

• Picture copy of your Residence Card (front & bank)
• Picture copy of your bank passbook cover page (where we will deposit your commission)
• Snapshot on the number of friends you have on social media (so we can assign you on which rank you are)All communications between our English/Tagalog-speaking staff shall be through the Line app, please also download this.

What to expect after sending in your application form:

Once we have your application, please expect a call from our staff within 1-2 business days. You can send all requirements through our company email, line or short message, whichever you prefer. Instructions will be provided once our staff contacts you.
